The applicant is not a party to the suit but claims to have

granted credit facilities to the second respondent in the proposed appeals. The would-be appellant represents the consortium of lenders and submits that it is vitally interested in the matters pertaining to the second respondent and the transactions which form the subject-matter of the suit.

Since it, prima facie, appears that the applicant may be a

proper party to the suit and may be intrinsically associated with the transactions forming the subject-matter of the suit, leave is given to the applicant to prefer the appeals. However, it will be open to the respondents, particularly the plaintiff, to contend that the applicant herein may not be a person aggrieved or having any interest in the transactions that form the subject-matter of the suit.

The applications for granting leave, C.M.P.Nos.9256 and 9260 of 2021, and the applications for dispensing with the filing of the certified copy, C.M.P.Nos.9990 and 9992 of 2021, are allowed.
