Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to order substituted service of notice through paper publication in the Tamil Daily “Makkal Kural” informing the hearing date of the above second appeal for the 7th Respondent viz, Pavunammal in her vicinity in the above S.A.No. 161 of 2010.(IN CMP.No.18008/2021)

Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.AGILESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.AKSHAYA, Advocate for MR.D.RAVICHANDAR, Advocate for the 1, 2 and 4 Respondents, the court made the following order:-

This petition is filed praying to order Substituted Service to the seventh respondent by way of effecting publication in a daily newspaper so as to complete the service in the above suit.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered. The petioner is directed to take paper publication in one issue of "Makkal Kural", Villupuram Edition, by mentioning the hearing date as 15.11.2021. The publication shall be effected atleast 10 days prior to the next date of hearing.
