C.M.P.Nos.17142 & 17143 of 2021 have been filed to set aside the abatement caused and to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 5 herein as petitioners 2 to 5 in the above Civil Revision Petition.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that he has no objection for ordering the above petitions.
3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petitions and recording the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, both the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
4.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in C.R.P.(NPD).No.3663 of 2018 and post the matter on 28.10.2021.
