The Mr.R.Bharanidharan, learned Counsel appearing for the
respondents 2 to 4 undertakes to file vakalat on behalf of the respondents 6 and 7, who are the proposed parties. The learned counsel would further submit
that the 5th respondent, who is one of the proposed legal representative of the deceased 1st respondent is residing in the very same address to which the earlier notice was sent and he has not co-operated in the prosecution of the above case. The learned counsel is instructed to state that it is only the respondents 5 to 7 who are the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent Saraswathi.
