Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.TIPPUSULTAN, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE on behalf of the Petitioner and of MR.G.PUNNIYAKODI, Advocate for the 2^nd Respondent, the court made the following order:-

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed, to condone the delay of 986 days in representing the above writ appeal.

Considering the averments made in the petition, this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petition is allowed on condition that the appellant pays a sum of

Rs.2,000/- [Rupees Two Thousand Only] to the Dean, Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital, Chennai within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, petition to condone the delay, would stand dismissed, without further reference to this Court.

On payment of costs within the stipulated period and production of receipt, Registry is directed to number the Writ appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
