This application has been filed to
condone the delay of 96 days in filing the above appeal. 2.The 1st respondent/plaintiff is represented by learned Counsel, however has not appeared before this Court. 3.The 2nd respondent has not been served, however the 2nd respondent remained ex-parte in the Courts below. 4.Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the application and accordingly, this delay is condoned.
5.Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
