The above application has been filed for condoning the delay of 175 days in filing the appeal. The reasons for the delay has been detailed in paragraph 12 of the affidavit. The filing of the copy of application, taking delivery of the order copy is done on time. Thereafter, on account of the administrative reasons, the filing of the appeal has been kept pending and the reasons appear to be sufficient. Therefore, the delay is condoned and the application is ordered as prayed for.
2.The Registry is directed to print the name of the learned counsel for
the respondent, when the said petition is brought up.
