We have heard Mr.John
Zachariah, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Edwin Prabhakar, learned Government Advocate accepting notice for the respondents.
- In the earlier matters, delay in representation has been condoned by imposing a cost of Rs.2,000/-. That apart, we are also convinced with the reasons assigned for not being able to represent the papers in time.
- Hence, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned subject to payment of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund and the payment shall be effected within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
