Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.V.SAJEEV KUMAR, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE, for the petitioner and of MR.V.VIJAY SHANKAR, for the 1^st Respondent, the court made the following order:-

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered as prayed for subject to payment of cost of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One thousand only) by the petitioner in favour of charitable institution "KAAKKUM KARANGAL, 89, Santhome High Road, Santhome, Chennai – 28" within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
