This application coming on this day before this court for hearing in the presence of Mr.D.Pradeep Kumar, Advocate for the Applicant herein, and upon reading the Judge's Summons and the affidavit of Mrs.Shanthi G.K. filed herein and upon reading the order herein dated 30.03.2021 made in A.No. 807 of 2021, it is ordered as follows:-
That the time granted in pursuance of the order dated 30.03.2021,
made in A. No.807 of 2021, to seize and repossess the vehicle by the
receiver appointed therein be and is hereby extended till 08.10.2021.
