The above application is filed for annulling the ex parte Order of
Adjudication dated 26.06.2019 in the Insolvency Petition.
2.The petitioning creditor would submit that they have received the
amount and they have no further claim against the insolvent. The
Government Commission has also been paid.
Considering the above, the Order of Adjudication in I.P.No.10 of 2019 stands annulled. The Official Assignee would also submit that the value of the household articles that has been remitted by the insolvents has
to be returned to him and also sought permission to return the amount
remitted by the insolvents. The Official Assignee is directed to refund the amount of Rs.31,400/- to the insolvents within a period of two weeks from
the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
