This Application is filed for a direction to the respondent to furnish
security to the extent of the suit claim or in case of failure to attach the suit
schedule property.
2. This Court, upon hearing the Learned Counsel for the applicant on 07.01.2020, directed the defendant/respondent to furnish security. On receipt
of the notice, the defendant entered appearance and reported to this Court that he has furnished security. However, in spite of several adjournments and also permitting the respondent/defendant to furnish alternate security for nearly more than a year, the respondent is not really taken any serious steps to furnish
security. But on the different pretext had been taking adjournments.
