Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to Hand over custody of
the original sale agreement filed on behalf of the Plaintiff dated 02/06/2014 in
C.S.No.212 of 2017(OS) to the G.Vijayalakshmi, D/o.Late S.Ganesan, aged about 43
years at present working as Inspector of Police, Forgery Wing, Central Crime Branch,
Team 27, Vepery, Chennai for the purpose of investigation and the same to be returned to the concerned files upon completion of the investigation.
This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing, the court
made the following order:-
Petitioner counsel present. Heard. Memo filed along with the order copy.
Recorded. Respondent counsel present. Already there is a direction by the Hon'ble
Court that the Registry is directed to furnish the original agreement for sale to this applicant on filing necessary application for the purpose of investigation and to obtain expert opinion. Therefore this application is allowed and the Registry is directed to furnish the original agreement of sale dated 02.06.2014 to this applicant
on proper undertaking by substituting the same with attested photocopies. Further the
applicant is directed to return the original document within six weeks.
