within the jurisdiction of this Court. Excepting for the fourth to seventh defendants, the remaining defendants as well as the plaintiffs are also residing only within the jurisdiction of this Court. In such circumstances, leave has been sought for by the plaintiffs to sue the defendants 4 to 7 before this Court.
