Today, this matter is posted under the caption 'for clarification' at the instance of the learned counsel on both sides.
- The counsel for the defendants took exception to the allegations made against the defendants. In a matter such as this, the only reason the Court expects the parties is to move an application for producing certain documents in evidence, as to why they were not produced earlier and not more. This Court is not going to address any of the allegations if at all made in the affidavit of the applicant.
- Post the matter before the learned Additional Master-IV on 21.12.2021. The learned Master is also required to record any such objection taken by the counsel for the defendants.
