This application has been filed to permit the plaintiff to amend the name of the plaintiff in the above suit as SAPPHIRE MEDIA AND INFRASTUCTURE LIMITED.
2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this application is allowed.
3.The plaintiff is directed to carry out the correction in the cause title of the suit.
