This application has been filed to bring on record the applicants/ proposed plaintiffs herein as plaintiffs 1 to 3 in the above suit being the legal heirs of the deceased sole plaintiff.
2. The learned counsel for the respondents have no objection for this application being allowed.
3. Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed and the applicants are brought on record as plaintiffs in the suit.
4. The learned counsel for the plaintiffs to carryout amendment and file amended copy of the plaint by 29.10.2021.
