The attempt made to serve suit summons on the defendant ended futile, since the defendant has vacated from the premises mentioned in the plaint. The present address of the defendant not known.
2.Learned counsel for the plaintiff has taken out this application for substitute service
of paper publication in any daily circulated in Hyderabad, which is the last known place of residence of the defendant.
3.Considering the averment made in the affidavit filed accompanying the petition, this application is allowed. The plaintiff shall take paper publication as substitute service on the defendant in one issue of Times of India, Hyderabad edition for the suit hearing date 08.10.2021.
