This application is filed to condone the delay of 2191 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole plaintiff. 2.The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the above application being ordered. 3.Hence, this application is ordered. 4.The Registry is directed to post the other applications for setting aside the abatement and for bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole plaintiff.
