The above application A.No.2727 of 2020 is filed to rccall the
order dated 25.08.2020 passed in Memo X in Tr.C.S.No.741 of 2017.
2.After extensive arguments were made by both parties, it was noticed that the bone of contention was the learned Administrator
staking a claim to be the Manager of the Schools coming under the1st applicant Synod. 3.Considering the fact that this issue, namely the orders passed
by the Director of General Education, Trivandrum, dated 28.07.2020 is the subject matter before the Hon'ble High Court of Kerala, on petitions filed by the learned Administrator as well as the applicants, the relief 10(a) and (d) is modified to the limited extent as detailed
hereinbelow:

it relates to the IELC Schools in the Trivandrum Synod area which shall await the orders of the Kerala High Court in the Writ Petition filed by both the parties.
(b)As regards the prayer (d), the Rev.Y.Sukumaran has demitted his office and he has also handed over the possession of the property and therefore, the prayer (d) has been fully complied with.” The order dated 25.08.2020 passed in Memo X in Tr.C.S.No.741 of 2017 is modified to the above extent.
