Heard Ms.Chandini Pradeepkumar, learned counsel appearing for
the applicant and Ms.T.Hemalatha, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
2.Ms.T.Hemalatha, learned counsel appearing for the respondent
would submit that she is not opposing this application for impleadment.
She would however, seek liberty to file additional written statement.
3.Considering the said statement, this application is allowed, the
impleadment as prayed for is ordered.
4.The learned counsel for the plaintiff to carry out the amendment
within a period of two weeks from today and file amended copy of the plaint. Liberty is reserved to the defendant to file additional written
statement within a period of four weeks from today.
