Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the respondent.

2.When the matter was heard on 18.03.2021, a composite order has been

passed in three applications in A.Nos.2475,2476 and 2477 and 1194 of 2020. The main suit C.S.No.128 of 2020 was initially filed against the sole defendant R.Panneerselvam, as Proprietor of M/s.Rohini Movie Park. Later, the plaintiff has come to know that Rohini Movie Park is not a proprietary concern but a partnership firm. Therefore, necessary applications were taken out to amend the plaint as well as the Application 1194 of 2020 filed for interim relief to furnish security. Later, applications were filed by the plaintiff to amend the status of the first defendant as partner of Rohini Movie Park instead of proprietor, Rohini Movie Park and also two applications 2474 of 2020 and 2477 of 2020 were filed to implead the other partners as defendant in C.S.No.128 of 2020 and respondent in Application No.1194 of 2020.

3.After hearing the counsels, this Court has allowed the amendment

petition seeking amendment of the cause title in the plaint as well as in the Application 1194 of 2020. Also, Application 2476 of 2020 to implead respondents 2 to 6 in Application No.1194 of 2020 allowed.

4.This Court having allowed the other applications to the effect of amending the cause title and impleading new respondents, the application 2474 of 2020 to implead proposed respondents 2 to 6 as defendants 2 to 6 in C.S.No.128 of 2020 is consequential and the same has to be allowed. Accordingly, Application No.2474 of 2020, the petition to implead 2 to 6 respondents is allowed. 5.Registry is directed to carry out the amendment impleading the respondents 2 to 6 as defendants 2 to 6 in C.S.No.128 of 2020. Learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to file amended copy. 6.Call the matter on 21.04.2021. 15.04.2021
