This application has been filed
seeking amendment of the short and long
cause title in the suit, consequent upon the
change in the name of the plaintiff
Company. The fresh Certificate of
incorporation has also been produced.
Mr.Rahul M. Sankar, learned counsel
appearing for the respondent has no
objection for this application being allowed.
Hence this Application is ordered. The
learned counsel for the plaintiff is permitted
to carry out the amendment and file
