Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass a prohibitory order against the 2^nd Respondent/ Garnishee prohibiting them for paying any amount to the tune of Rs.31,61,233/- (Rupees thirty one lakhs sixty one thousand two hundred and thirty three only) there on to the 1^st Respondent and consequently direct the 2^nd Respondent / Garnishee to deposit the said amount to the credit of this suit pending disposal of above suit.

The defendant, who is also the respondent in Application No.2249 of 2020, has filed an affidavit stating that the shares allotted by M/s. Cove Holdings Private Limited in favour of the defendant herein in M/s. Cove Holdings Private Limited will not be dealt by the defendant.
