This Application is filed to condone the delay in filing the additional affidavit of documents as set out in the Judges Summon and receive the same as on behalf of the plaintiffs thereby permit them to exhibit the documents. 2.Heard both sides. 3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and also having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.
