This application has been filed seeking appointment of Advocate Commissioner for the purpose of recording evidence of the 2nd applicant who is aged about 88 years and one of the attesting witnesses who is aged about 73
years by appointing an Advocate Commissioner.
2. Mr.Guberan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that he has no objection for the Advocate Commissioner being appointed.
