2.Heard Mr.D.R.Sivakumar, learned counsel appearing for the applicants and Mr.R.Sathish Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3.Accepting the averments contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed, the suit in C.S.No.767 of 2011 is restored.
