to interfere in civil dispute between the petitioner and the 4^th Respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaints received from the petitioner as well as the 4^th respondent, have been enquired and the cases also have been registered in Crime Nos. 6 and 9 of 2015 and the same are pending for investigation. It is seen that there is a property dispute between the petitioner and the 4^th respondent herein. Therefore, in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 4^th respondent, the respondents 1 to 3 have no role to play, except any offence committed by the petitioner or by the 4^th respondent herein.

3.In view of the same, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 4^th respondent herein, except any crime committed by the petitioner or by the 4^th respondent herein.

4.with the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
