PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings in No.1.Ko.13A/2020/Vu.Po.-Aranthangi dated 14.02.2020 on the file of the Respondent No.3 and consequent communication issued by the Respondent No.3 in f.vz.10/Nfh 13A/cngh(mw)-k Pd ;ghrp/2020 ehs; 06.03.2020 issued by the Respondent No.3 relating to Public Auction for collecting Meen Pasi in Keelacheri Kanmai in Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukkottai District and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondent No.3 to conduct the auction for the said Kanmoi by following the procedure in accordance with law.

The writ petition has been filed in the nature of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the proceedings in No.1.Ko.13A/2020/Vu.Po.-Aranthangi dated 14.02.2020 on the file of the Respondent No.3 and consequent communication issued by the Respondent No.3 in f.vz.10/Nfh 13A/cngh(mw)-k Pd ;ghrp/2020 ehs; 06.03.2020 issued by the Respondent No.3 relating to Public Auction for collecting Meen Pasi in Keelacheri Kanmai in Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukkottai District and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondent No.3 to conduct the auction for the said Kanmoi by following the procedure in accordance with law.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for both the petitioner and the respondents would submit that the tender notification has been kept in abeyance.

3.In view of the same, as on date nothing survives in this Writ Petition and hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. The Court is confident whenever auction is conducted by any department, it is always conducted in accordance with law.
