PRAYER in W.P(MD).No.4151 of 2015: Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 3^rd respondent vide O.Mu.No.5711/A4/2014, dated 19.06.2014 and quash the same and consequently, direct the 3^rd respondent to approve the appointment of Mrs.C.Elizabeth Rani, as B.T.Assistant (Science) in the petitioner School based on the proposal submitted by the petitioner School and with all consequential benefits.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioners made a submission that the cause arose for filing of the writ petition became vanished.
