PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records connected notice in Ref.No.11518/D2/2/2019 dated 11.12.2019 issued by the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal, consequently forbearing the respondent No.1 from interfering into the private dispute between the petitioner and the respondent No.2 and release the same within the time stipulated by this Court.
