PRAYER: Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records relating to the impugned proceedings of the 1^st respondent, dated 01.06.2010 in Na.Ka.No.17770/F2/2010 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner in the post of Assistant Professor / Lecturer, English Department in the 4^th respondent College w.e.f. 25.01.2007 and release the grant in aid towards her salary and arrears with all attendant and consequential benefits.

The learned counsel for the Writ Petitioner made a submission that appointment of the Writ Petitioner has already been approved in proceedings dated 22.02.2017. It is further contended that the approval was granted on merits and by considering the qualifications and other eligibility criteria of the Writ Petitioner.

In view of the fact that the appointment is approved, no further adjudication is required and if any grievance exists as of now, the Writ Petitioner is at liberty to approach the Competent Authority for redressal. Thus, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
