Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to deposit the enhanced compensation amount due to the petitioners by considering the petitioners representation dated 29.01.2015 and 20.07.2015 within a time to be stipulated.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners stated that the writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous, as the petitioners were paid compensation on the basis of the enhancement by the Civil Court. In this regard, the learned counsel also produced a letter dated 03.02.2020 before this Court and the same was addressed to the petitioners also.
2.The said letter shows that the petitioners' request for paying higher compensation in W.P.(MD).No.17740 of 2015 has been considered by the respondents and the entire amount has been settled to the petitioners. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
