This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the respondents 4 and 5 for conducting yearly meeting in NN 688 Melarangiyam Primary Cooperative Credit Society, Melarangiyam, Sivagangai District as per the representation of the Petitioner, dated 2.1.2020.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
3.The Petitioner is the Vice-President of N.N.688, Melarangiyam Primary Cooperative Credit Society, Melarangiyam, Thirupuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District. It is the grievance of the Petitioner that the respondents 4 and 5, who are the President and Secretary of the above-said society are not conducting the yearly meeting of the said society, thereby keeping all the members of the society in dark. Therefore, he is seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the respondents 4 and 5 for conducting the yearly meeting in NN 688 Melarangiyam Primary Cooperative Credit Society, Melarangiyam, Sivagangai District as per the representation of the Petitioner, dated 2.1.2020.
4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 4 and 5, upon instructions, would submit that they are periodically conducting the meeting and also produced the Minutes Book and the invitation for the meeting to be conducted on 25.2.2020, for which, notice has also been issued to the Petitioner on 10.2.2020 by Registered Post with Acknowledgement Due.
5.As already notice was served on the Petitioner for the meeting scheduled to be held on 25.02.2020, it is for the Petitioner to follow up the functions and the affairs of the society, as he is an office- bearer of the said society.

6.With the above observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
