Prayer: Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of
Constitution of India seeking for a Certiorari calling for the
records pertaining to the charge memo dated 10.03.2020 vide
Ref.No. PU/ESTT/NT3/II-8/2019-2020/253 issued by the first
respondent to the petitioner and quash the same as illegal,
unconstitutional, unwarranted, non-est in the eyes of law and
pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem
fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render
justice.
