Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the Impugned circular dated 02.04.2020 of the 1st Respondent and consequent Impugned FIRs mentioned in the Annexure 'A' on the files of the 6th to 17th
Respondents and quash the same as illegal, Arbitrary and Discriminatory and consequently Direct the Respondnet No. 2 to 5 to provide adequate Compensation for violation of liberty and dignity of the Arrestees who were illegally imprisoned based on the Impugned FIRs mentioned in Annexure 'A'.
