Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to free distribute ARS ALB 30 (Arogyam G.O.Ms.201 dated 23.04.2020, Health and Family Welfare Department), indicated Homeopathy medicine to all the public/villagers of entire Tamilnadu, frontline Government workers, quarantined people and Covid 19 Patients (in Homeo Medical colleges inpatient Department) and to take the clinical trial and date for further scientific analysis.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Solicitor General of India for respondent no.1/Union of India and learned State Government Pleader for respondent no.2.
2.A two-fold prayer has been made in this writ petition, namely, for distribution of free homeopathic medicine to all the villagers throughout the State of Tamilnadu and the second prayer is that the COVID patients who have been quarantined in the Arts College should be quarantined in the Homeopathic Medical Colleges in the in-patient department.
3.These are all matters of policy keeping in view the resources available to the State Government as well as the steps which have to be taken in this regard for providing the maximum possible benefit to all such patients or even otherwise to the public at large in order to prevent any such spread of Corona Virus. We hope and expect that the State Government will address to all such problems. It shall be open to the State Government to take such steps as may be beneficial for the said purposes.
The Writ Petition is disposed of with the said observations. No costs.
