PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records in the order bearing No.CBEAO/RGGLV/T.T.K dated 14.12.2018 passed by the respondent and quashing the same.
When the case was taken up for hearing on 12.12.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption “for dismissal” on 02.01.2020. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner either in person or through counsel. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
