Heard both sides.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 that the crops were harvested yesterday and the harvested crops are being kept under the custody of the second respondent. There is no dispute to the fact that between the petitioner and the fourth respondent, suits are filed and pending before the competent Civil Courts in O.S.No.34 of 2019 and O.S.No.200 of 2019 on the file of the District Court, Nagapattinam and Principal District Munsif Court, Seerkazhi respectively in respect of the subject matter property. When such being the factual position, it is better for the parties to approach the Civil Court and seek for interim relief by filing interim application even in respect of the crops already harvested and kept under the custody of the second respondent. This Court is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the respective parties over the subject matter property, as it is for the concerned Civil Courts to consider and decide where the suits are pending. Thus, by granting liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy before the Civil Court, this writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
