Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to call for the records relating to the Bar Upset Price List of Kancheepuram (South) for 2014-2015, issued by the 4th Respondent and quash the same only in so far as it relates to the petitioner's Shop No.4183 and consequently direct the respondents to fix the upset price for the petitioner's Shop
No.4183 at the rate of 2.5% on the actual sales of the year 2013-2014.
ORDER
When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.
2.In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
