The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2^nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.02.2013.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that though he has given the representation as early as on 26.02.2013 for issuance of patta in his favour, the 2^nd respondent has not passed any order so far.

3.Ms.A.Madhumathi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2^nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.02.2013 and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks.

4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any
