Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the Government Order in G.O.(Ms).No.125 dated 20.10.2015 on the file of the respondent and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and ultra vires and consequently direct the respondent to appoint Retired District Judge / Retired Presiding Officer, District Consumer Forum in the post of Registrar, State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Chennai.

ORDER

He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
