PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuing a writ of mandamus directing the 4th respondent to process the application dated 12.06.2013 in terms of the order made in Na.Ka.No.9862/10/BA1 dated 25.05.2010 issued by the 1st respondent and the No Objection Certificate issued by the 4th respondent on 10.07.2013 either approving the building plan by himself or to forward the aforesaid application to the 3rd respondent to approve the building plan.
