No. 321 of 2010 on the file of the 1st respondent

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MEENAKSHISUNDARAM for M/S.D.VEDA, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.T.P.KATHIRAVAN, Advocate for the 2^nd respondent, the court made the following order:-

This matter is placed before this Court seeking extension of time for a further period of three months' to dispose of I.D.No.321 of 2010 pending on the file of the I Additional Labour Court, Chennai.

As requested by the learned I Additional Labour Court, Chennai, till 31.12.2021 time is granted to dispose of I.D.No.321 of 2010, pending on the file of the I Additional Labour Court, Chennai

The I Additional Labour Court, Chennai, is expected to decide the matter on a day-to-day basis witout adjourning the matter beyond seven working days at any point of time, to bring the issue to a logical end.
