Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent relating to the impugned proceedings titled "List of Directors disqualified u/s.164 (2) (a) of Companies Act, 2013 for FY-201416" dated NIL published on the website of the first respondent insofar as the petitioner is concerned (SERIAL No.6592), and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction and to consequently direct the respondents to reactivate DIN No.144869 of the petitioner herein.
