Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus,directing the Second to Seventh Respondents to consider the application dated 12.03.2019 and consequential representation dated 20.05.2019 submitted by the Petitioner for surveying and measuring land comprised in Old Survey No. 23/2 with corresponding Re-Survey No. 100/1A1, New Survey No. 454, of Kottakuppam Revenue Village, Sub Registration District at Vanur, Tindivanam District Registration Office, Vanur Taluk, Villupuram District and demarcate the Petitioner's land measuring to an extent of 70 Cents of Land on Eastern side from the entire extent of 1 Acres 40 Cents of Land.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that in furtherance to the order dated 25.11.2019 passed by this Court, the land of the Petitioner has been surveyed by the Respondents and the relief sought in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. 2. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
