Common Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the Panel of Secondary Grade Teachers eligible for promotion as Primary School Headmasters as on 01.01.2003 issued by the second respondent on 10.06.2003 and direct the respondents to restore the petitioners' name in the said Panel as per the inclusion of their names in the Panel issued by the second respondent on 11.3.2003 and grant all consequential benefits to the petitioners.
