15.10.2020 under cover of e-mail dated 16.10.2020 wherein the decision of the respondent to close the existing shop by relocating the same within a period of three (3) months from today is stated at paragraph Nos.4 and 5 in the following terms:
'4. ...... Nevertheless, TASMAC has now taken a decision to relocate the shop to new location.
complete the process of relocating the said shop, preferably a 3 months' time. '
stands achieved and this Writ Petition is closed. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
