Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondents impugned automated e-mail rejection order dated 17.08.2020 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and non-est in law and consequently direct the respondents to accept the technical bid submitted by the petitioner in Tender ID:2020_MoRTH_565633_1 and thereupon evaluate the financial bid of the petitioner by strictly following principle of fairness, transparency and nonarbitrariness as enshrined under Article 14 of the Constitution of India.
