the VAO also submitted the Report, recommending for grant of Assignment Patta after receiving the value of the property. The grievance of the petitioner is that there was absolutely no response thereafter in spite of several representations made by the petitioner. Left with no other option, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate orders.
(4)Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the
case and the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, there
shall be a direction to the 2 nd respondent to consider the
representations made by the petitioner on 07.07.2020 and
11.07.2020 respectively, strictly in accordance with law and
pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from
the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is
directed to make a fresh representation to the 2 nd respondent
along with all the relevant documents and a copy of this order.
(5)The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction.
No costs.
